Taste the rainbow

Neon highlighters wish they were as bright as these macaroons, from Loin Stage patisserie in Shinsaibashi. The blue flavour is called ‘Sel de Guerande’, as it contains a special salt from Guerande, Brittany, called ‘the Champagne of salt’.
