Containing 1% coffee, this KitKat (a collaboration with McDonalds) was almost as good as the actual Caramel Macchiato McFlurry, which, along with Sankaku (Triangle) Chocolate Pie (basically a deep-fried chocolate croissant), must have been one of the best limited edition McDonalds products of all time.
